WHAT WE OFFER
Life-limiting illness affects not just the person who is ill, but also family and friends. Hospice care includes support during the patient's illness, when death occurs, and in the weeks and months that follow. We offer client centered grief and bereavement support to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one.
We offer one on one, group, and virtual programming where people can share their grief journey in a safe confidential environment that they are most comfortable with. Our bereavement support is provided by volunteers who have completed specialty training specifically focused on grief and bereavement.
